What are the payment options?
We accept all manner of payments. If you are local and requested a local pickup, please be aware that we do accept cash. This will have to be arranged prior to order.
What is your return policy?
Returns/Refunds are only accepted if the item is damaged upon recieving. We take the time to send pictures and contact thoughout the build and shipping process to ensure that the item is pristine prior to shipping.

Do you sell gift cards?
At the moment we do not offer gift cards. However if you would like to gift and item we can take a payment and attach a name to it. Please make sure to include the intended persons name and address as the order will only be confirmed through the named individual.
How do I cancel an order?
Cancellation request are permitted as long as they are requested within 24 hours. We handmake all of our items and try to start them as soon as we can to ensure shipping times. To cancel please send us a message, we check our inbox and respond very quickly :)
